Job description

The Coordinator Operations position plays a critical role as a dispatcher for housekeeping and building trades by fielding and managing calls in the Event Command Post at Citizens Bank Park. 

Pay: 22 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

These calls will be received via phone, two-way radio, text, and relayed verbally by other dispatchers. The coordinator will identify the appropriate team members to expeditiously:

  • Dispatch housekeeping, maintenance, safety, and employee issues.
  • Deliver enhanced fan and employee experiences.
  • Track response status to expedite proper resolutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments and agencies to quickly resolve calls.
  • Enter information into the incident management system to accurately document activities and promptly close out calls.
  • Create work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management System to promptly address safety, maintenance, and service issues/opportunities.
