Location: San Antonio
Summary:
3 Reasons Consulting, LLC (3RC) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Management Analyst to support ESA-BAD leadership in the coordination of daily division operations, executive scheduling, task management, and administrative program execution. This role serves as a central operational resource to Division leadership, helping ensure organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and mission-critical administrative functions are executed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills, experience supporting executive-level stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced federal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day division operations in support of leadership priorities and mission execution
  • Receive, process, track, and submit division taskers and action items
  • Manage schedules and calendar coordination for division leadership
  • Process and coordinate official travel requests and supporting documentation
  • Lead divisional administrative initiatives and special projects
  • Coordinate with facilities teams regarding seating assignments, office changes, and workspace logistics
  • Develop executive briefings, reports, and operational updates
  • Maintain tracking systems for projects, deadlines, and division deliverables
  • Support communication flow between leadership, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Identify process improvement opportunities that increase operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to successfully pass a federal government background investigation
  • 4+ years of administrative, operational, or management analyst experience
  • Experience supporting executive leadership or program offices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent scheduling, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting DHA, DoD, or other federal agencies
  • Experience managing executive correspondence and tasking systems
  • Familiarity with government travel systems and approval workflows
  • PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
