Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time Management Analyst I in Port Hueneme, CA.
Job Summary: The Management Analyst I evaluates organizational operations and provides strategic recommendations to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command's competency training program and workforce development internal and external programming.
  • Conduct research for programs and opportunities available to the workforce for further development,t training opportunities for the general workforce.
  • Assist with various aspects of training classes, such as opening classes and other associated tasks in support of the competencies and Command Interest Program Managers.
  • Provide Waypoints training and information to the workforce. Develop and maintain various metrics.
  • Perform assessments and hold a mid-level to advanced level of comprehension and writing skills for creating documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years' experience in warehouse operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen pursuant to government contractual requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written formats.
  • Highly Skilled and Vastly Experienced in Microsoft Programs to include Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Flank Speed Teams, Waypoints, and Adobe PDF.
  • Possesses an extensive customer service background in a professional office setting. Is proactive, organized, on-time, produces quality products promptly, dependable, available for work, strong communication skills - written and verbal, a self-starter, able to work independently, able and willing to follow instructions, takes initiativ,e and is willing to work as part of a team.
  • Individuals must be resourceful and able to stay focused on completing work by or before deadlines.
  • The described tasking requires employees to perform the duties on-site; however, telework can be considered situationally on a case-by-case basis.

Pay Range:
  • The pay range for this role is $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

ADA Notations:
  • Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, walk, and may occasionally lift and move 25 pounds.
  • Typical office environment.
