Hands on experience in Java Springs Batch & Web Services, XML/XSL XPath, IMS DB2, ETL-Datastage. 

Database - Oracle PL/SQL and DB2 

Knowledge in Recurring Payment System for Insurance 

Insurance Domain Experience - preferably US Insurance Domain 

Insurance processes like New Business, Underwriting, Policy Administration, Claims, Data & Reporting, Analytics, Actuarial etc. 

Qualifications

Experience Required 6 to 10+ Yrs 

To provide expert guidance for delivery of Life Platform Transformation to ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform) / Navisys. 

Manage & Guide the development team throughout the implementation 

To understand client environment and collaborate with customers during Design/Development phases 

Propose various solution options and engage in solutions discussion with customer and product vendors. 

Understand the existing platform landscape and work with the SMEs to devise the technical solution & approach 

Create and manage execution plan for the transformation 

Conduct Workshops, walkthroughs and meeting involving IT and Business stakeholders
