As an Aggregate Spend Analyst, you will be trusted to support data integrity oversight, employee training, compliance monitoring, dispute remediation and reporting of US State and Federal aggregate spend requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations at our Fort Worth, TX site. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of State and Federal gift ban and transparency laws and regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with State and Federal gift ban and transparency laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate with Compliance and Legal to file State and Federal aggregate spend reportable data accurately and on time.

  • Monitor and oversee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Manage systems and processes to capture relevant aggregate spend data for reporting.

  • Address compliance questions and resolve disputes from employees and Healthcare Professionals.

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to State and Federal regulations.

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, Legal, and Research and Development (R&D) to develop effective reporting systems and processes.

  • Provide project assistance as needed within the department.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs).

  • The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
