Job description

Property Mgmt Associate

Pay: $18/HR Hours: This is a part time position- 24 hours a week. They would like 3 full days on site, but the days need to be flexible in case there are any events happening. Location: 3340 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta GA. Resource's typical working day: In the property management office- 600,000 square foot building Conference center, going to be quite a few walk ins. Making sure everything is ready for conference center. Answering calls. Coding invoices. Other general admin work.

Must Have Skills: Customer service. Professional and polished. Good communication skills. Detail oriented.

Nice to have skills: Invoice coding. Education: Prefer a college degree or some college. Software skills: MS Office Suite.

Interview Process: 1-2 step, prefer in person.

Summary: As a Property Management Associate, you will oversee the coordination of a variety of departmental and financial activities.
