Maintenance Supervisor – Industrial Manufacturing

Oshkosh, WI


Our client is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with strong industrial maintenance experience. This role oversees plant‑floor maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safe work practices, and uninterrupted production across a high‑mix, high‑precision manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Assign, schedule, and oversee work for maintenance technicians on all shifts
  • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production machinery
  • Ensure PM tasks are completed on time and documented in the CMMS
  • Reduce unplanned downtime through root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Support HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, lighting, and building infrastructure
  • Manage outside services for repairs, installations, and capital projects
  • Enforce LOTO, OSHA standards, and SNC safety procedures
  • Keep accurate records of work orders, parts usage, and equipment history


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial controls
  • Experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems, PM scheduling, and maintenance planning
