The Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in managing the facility's daily and preventative maintenance program. This hands-on position includes overall inspection, repair, and general maintenance of interior and exterior areas. The Maintenance Director supervises and supports the maintenance staff, ensuring they deliver efficient, timely, and competent maintenance services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director: 

- Supervise and support the maintenance staff, ensuring efficient and competent service. 

- Conduct daily facility inspections. 

- Manage and adhere to maintenance budgets. 

- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical equipment, including water heaters, HVAC units, kitchen equipment, etc. 

- Perform or supervise various maintenance functions such as installations, carpentry, furnace and air conditioner repairs, plumbing and appliance repairs, drywall and painting repairs, minor roof repairs, and more.
