The Maintenance Director plays a crucial role in managing the facility's daily and preventative maintenance program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Director:

- Supervise and support the maintenance staff, ensuring efficient and competent service.

- Conduct daily facility inspections.
