Senior Program Manager Legacy Modernization
Chicago, IL or Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Must be onsite Day 1 (relocation OK)

Senior Program Manager with deep experience running enterprise-scale transformation programs, specifically legacy-to-modern and mainframe modernization initiatives. This is a delivery-heavy role, not PMO reporting only.
Must-Have Experience
- 10+ years leading large enterprise technology programs
- Direct ownership of legacy-to-modern or mainframe modernization initiatives
- Hands-on exposure to mainframe environments; COBOL migration is a strong plus
- Experience operating in ambiguity (requirements not locked upfront)
- Proven executive communication and facilitation skills
- Led or supported programs in the $100M+ range or equivalent scale
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in regulated or highly complex enterprise environments
- Multi-vendor or SI-led program experience
- Strong financial governance and dependency management skills
