Job description

Mailroom Floater – Multiple DFW Locations
Pay: $18.50/hour
We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Mailroom Floater to support operations at multiple office locations throughout the DFW area, including Dallas, Irving, Plano, Frisco, and Southlake. CANDIDATES WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR MILEAGE.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Sort, distribute, and process mail accurately
Maintain organized mailroom operations
Provide excellent customer service and support onsite staff as needed

Schedule & Locations:

Employees will receive a weekly schedule indicating their assigned location for each day
You will remain at one assigned location per day and will not travel between sites during the workday.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of prior mailroom experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong attention to detail and dependability
Ability to work independently and adapt to different office environments
