Are you organized, dependable, and detail-oriented? EmpowerHome Team is looking for a Mailroom Coordinator to help keep our daily office operations running efficiently.
In this role, you'll manage incoming and outgoing mail, prepare buyer and listing folders, organize listing packages, and make sure important materials are sent out on time. You'll also help manage office supplies and coordinate copier and equipment repairs when needed.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing daily tasks, and supporting a fast-paced real estate team.
What You'll Do
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Prepare buyer and listing folders
  • Prepare and send listing packages daily
  • Complete and send mailers on schedule
  • Monitor and order office supplies, including printer ink
