Qualifications
  • The Mailroom Associate is responsible for supporting daily mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, processing, scanning, and distributing mail and packages in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and established company procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and the ability to maintain organized records while supporting office service functions.
    Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, open, sort, prepare, and scan incoming mail and packages according to established procedures and HIPAA compliance requirements.
  • Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous experience in mailroom, office services, document management, copy services, or administrative support preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
  • Experience operating office equipment such as scanners, copiers, printers, and postage machines preferred.
