Job description

Administrative Resource Options is looking to hire aย Mailroom Associateย in Phoenix, AZ. Will be responsible for sorting and delivering mail and packages throughout the facility, will also be bring packages/mail back to the mailroom.

Requires a lot of walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs. periodically and some computer experience.

This is a fast paced environment an requires someone to work independently, be punctual and have great attendance.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Essential Functions include lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting or standing for multiple hours throughout the day, driver's license, and computer literacy
  • Prior experience (1 year) preferred in mail or mail room
  • Required qualities include: customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
  • Preferred proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite services

Experience:

  • Mailroom: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Package handling: 1 year (Preferred)
