Job Summary (List Format):
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment.
- Perform copying, binding, and finishing work on documents.
- Utilize document imaging systems and related software.
- Operate mail management systems, handling incoming/outgoing mail and faxes.
- Generate digital reports for printing, imaging, and mail operations.
- Sort, distribute, and apply postage to mail and packages.
- Ship and receive products and supplies.
- Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on copier and imaging equipment; notify technicians for repairs.
- Ensure copiers are operational and perform daily quality checks.
- Maintain records, management reports, and inventory of office supplies.
- Distribute office supplies and internal communications to designated locations.
- Calculate charges for jobs and maintain billing logs.
- Respond to and coordinate service calls with customers.
- Perform filing, archiving, and document management tasks as requested.
- Deliver completed jobs to internal/external customer locations.
- Maintain daily logs for meter readings and service activities.
- Travel between customer buildings as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding job status or feasibility.
- Keep copier and mail areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties.
- Set up meeting and conference rooms, and assist with building occupant moves.
- Perform light building maintenance, such as re-lamping and minor cleaning tasks.
- Operate various finishing and mailroom equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, bindery tools, postage meter).
