We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator / Fabrication Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with precision equipment and takes pride in producing high-quality parts and components. The right candidate will have experience operating CNC machines, press brakes, CNC routers, and laser cutters in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce parts to specification

  • Operate press brake equipment for bending and forming metal components

  • Run CNC routers and laser cutters for a variety of materials and applications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

  • Perform basic machine programming, adjustments, and tool changes

  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy

  • Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
