Machine Operator / Production Assembler

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (DOE)
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Production Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, inspecting completed work, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with CNC machining experience are encouraged to apply, although it is not required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assemble products according to work instructions and specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
  • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions.
  • Make minor machine adjustments as needed.
  • Operate CNC equipment when applicable (experience is a plus).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Accurately complete production documentation.
  • Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operator, or production assembly experience preferred.
  • CNC machining experience is a plus, but not required.
