Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, inspecting parts for quality, maintaining consistent production cycles, and performing secondary operations as needed. This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure consistent production cycles

  • Perform secondary operations such as trimming, removing flash, grinding, and assembly

  • Ensure materials and regrind are properly labeled and matched
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and keep aisles clear
  • Follow all safety, quality, production, and housekeeping procedures
