Our superb starting pay of $21.00 per hour for full-time is the highest in the industry. Our benefits are unparalleled in the trade with full time employees being eligible for HMO Health Care Coverage with 75% of the premium paid for by the company. Dental coverage of $1800 yearly, Section 125 deductions for uncovered medical and child care expenses, employer sponsored life insurance, a 401k plan with employer match (up to $3,000 yearly), an employee discount amounting to cost-plus only 10%, and paid vacation, holiday & sick time. Opportunity for $500.00 employee referral bonuses.
