Job description

Once Upon A Child in Raleigh, NC is looking for an outgoing sales associate to join our 30 person strong team. We are located on 6411 Triangle Plantation Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance.
  • Directs customers by escorting them to our products.
  • Advises customers by providing information on products.
  • Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.
  • Use judgment to solve customer problems
  • Maintains scheduling commitments
  • Promote FIVEstar rewards program
  • Tagging/Hanging merchandise and taking to floor
  • Working quickly and efficiently
  • Opening/Closing checklist
  • Assisting customers with getting merchandise
  • Talk to customers about Events we are having
  • Working on the floor/backroom straightening apparel and stocking
