Job Summary:

The Lead LP Associate is responsible for managing relationships with Limited Partners (LPs) and assisting with the onboarding process for new LP clients onto the company's services. This role demands collaboration between clients and various internal teams to understand requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet the LP's investment accounting, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the firm's value proposition specifically geared toward LPs, effectively communicating its benefits to clients.

  • Follow established methodologies for client onboarding, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal processes.

  • Provide comprehensive training and support to LP clients on the services and reporting tools available.

  • Communicate project status, potential issues, and risks to all stakeholders effectively, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process.

  • Independently lead project workstreams, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues faced by LP clients during the onboarding and service delivery process.

  • Manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, including senior management, throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Deliver exceptional consultancy services, ensuring project objectives align with company goals and client expectations.
