Job description

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Dealership Lot Attendant to oversee daily lot operations and serve as a frontline dealership leader in Doral, FL. This role is responsible for safely moving vehicles, maintaining a strong client-facing presence, and assisting with scheduling and communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficient and safe transportation of vehicles across the lot and designated areas
  • Lead the onboarding and shadow shift process for all new hires
  • Provide on-site management of lot technician services and daily operations
  • Maintain professional, courteous interactions with clients, guests, and team members
  • Complete and submit damage claims promptly (within 1 hour of an incident) and notify the Operations Manager
  • Enforce site-specific policies and procedures through progressive disciplinary measures as necessary
  • Review draft schedules with the Account Manager and assist in resolving conflicts prior to release
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Account Manager
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must be 18 years or older for driving responsibilities
  • Ability to drive automatic vehicles (manual transmission preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous valet or lot operations experience preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
  • Frequent walking, running, and standing for extended periods
  • Must be able to lift/push up to 25 lbs and enter/exit vehicles regularly
  • Work takes place in both indoor and outdoor settings and includes exposure to weather elements (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
  • Ability to remain alert and focused for full 4-8-hour shifts
