Job description

We are a food distribution company specializing in meat and poultry products for supermarkets, seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations, logistics, inventory flow, and team performance to ensure efficient, safe, and timely delivery of products to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in food distribution, strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Manage logistics and transportation, ensuring on-time deliveries to supermarkets and retail customers.

  • Coordinate inventory control, product rotation, and cold storage processes.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

  • Supervise, train, and manage warehouse and operations staff.
