Job description

Enterprise Account Executive - Remote (United States)
About Kognitos
Kognitos is pioneering a new era of enterprise automation - where business users automate in plain English, not code. We are building a generational company in AI-powered automation and are expanding our U.S. enterprise sales team.
The Role
We are hiring a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new growth across the United States.
This role is designed for someone who has successfully sold into complex, operationally intensive industries, including:
  • Manufacturing
  • Energy
  • Logistics & Supply Chain
  • Healthcare
  • Financial Services

You understand how these industries operate, where automation creates measurable ROI, and how to navigate complex enterprise buying processes.
This is a true hunter role for someone with a founder's mindset - building pipeline from scratch, closing complex enterprise deals, and helping refine go-to-market strategy in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
Territory & Market Development
  • Own and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close enterprise accounts across the U.S.
  • Prioritize accounts within manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, industry networking, executive outreach, and partnerships
Enterprise Engagement
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with CIOs, COOs, Heads of Operations, Automation, and Digital Transformation
  • Leverage your understanding of industry-specific workflows, compliance requirements, and operational challenges
  • Develop multi-threaded relationships across large enterprises and expand influence across business units
Sales Execution
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including technical validation, proof of value, procurement, and executive approvals
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations and business cases aligned to operational and financial impact
  • Partner closely with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success for seamless execution and long-term growth
Revenue Ownership
  • Own and exceed quota
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and visibility into deal progression
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, automation, AI, or enterprise platforms)
  • Demonstrated success selling into manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, or financial services
  • Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and regulated environments
  • Track record of building pipeline independently and closing net-new enterprise logos
  • Strong executive presence and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing long, strategic sales cycles
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies
  • Experience selling into highly regulated or operationally intensive industries
  • Prior startup experience in a high-growth environment
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
  • Meaningful equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Remote-first culture with regular team offsites
  • The opportunity to help define a category in enterprise automation

If you've built and closed enterprise relationships within manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, or financial services - and want to lead growth in a company redefining automation - we'd love to
Final note
You do not need to match all of the listed expectations to apply for this position. We are committed to building a team with a variety of backgrounds, experiences, and skills.
