Foreign Military Sales Logistics Specialist
The Opportunity:
As a logistics manager, you know that every program relies on clearly defined management processes to work. You understand FED LOG, Haystack, and i3 log, and know that using predictive part analysis and obsolescence tools are critical to ensuring the integrity of the mission. We're looking for a logistics engineer like you to apply your engineering and process improvement expertise to develop tools for Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Using your knowledge in identifying alternate sources of supply, you'll help coordinate all system elements and ensure long-lasting integration and sustainment.
As a logistics engineer on our FMS team, you'll provide expertise in identifying the root cause of supply issues or problems found during production and fielding. You'll use your findings to create a path forward that meets design requirements and ensures functionality. Your experience with ground combat vehicles is essential to ensuring quality when designing mission-critical solutions.
In this role, you'll use your engineering logistics and materials expertise to contribute to the safety of the warfighter. You'll partner with senior team members and apply your skills in root-cause analysis and process improvement resolution.
Use your curiosity and solution-oriented mindset to lead mission-critical logistics operations for ground combat vehicles.

You Have:
  • Experience with tracked or wheeled ground combat vehicle production programs
  • Experience creating and managing logistics schedules for production parts, as well as total package fielding requirements
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army Logistics systems such as FEDMALL, i3 log, and Haystack
  • Ability to work as part of an integrated team, take initiative, and be self-directed
  • Ability to create and present production program and support part delivery status to our foreign allies
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with fielding and training of ground combat vehicles
  • Knowledge of the FMS process and how FMS cases are funded
  • Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
