Description
About Camp Snap
Camp Snap is revolutionizing the way we capture memories with the fastest-selling screen-free digital camera in the world. That's right, no screens, no distractions, just pure, point-and-shoot simplicity. We've built a globally loved brand with an organic social community in the hundreds of thousands, all passionate about living in the moment rather than doom-scrolling on their screens. And we're just getting started.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help bring our founder's vision and roadmap to life. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch while ensuring every detail aligns with our mission: creating a world where digital doesn't mean always plugged in.
This role requires someone with strong traditional SPM training who is equally comfortable in the weeds of execution and at 30,000 feet shaping long-term strategy. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, manage global partners, and drive products that delight both retailers and consumers.
Position Requirements
Responsibilities
  • Lead all stages of product lifecycle including concept, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration
  • Translate the founder's product vision into actionable plans and timelines while balancing speed, quality, and cost
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscapes, and synthesize consumer feedback to shape product and channel strategy
  • Partner with sales and marketing to curate channel strategy, retailer assortments, and portfolio planning
  • Own margin analysis, cost modeling, and retailer needs to ensure products hit both consumer and business targets
  • Work with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and sourcing teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Collaborate directly with China-based manufacturing partners and oversee production timelines, QA, and scale-up
  • Be technically savvy enough in firmware and software to collaborate effectively with engineers and agencies without needing to code yourself
  • Build systems, workflows, and best practices to streamline product development as we scale rapidly
  • Partner with marketing to develop launch strategies, packaging, and positioning that connect with consumers and retailers

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer electronics or hardware
  • Formal training in product management frameworks and best practices
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to market launch
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, margins, and assortment planning
  • Comfort with frequent travel to China and managing overseas suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and business skills, capable of blending consumer insights with commercial realities
  • Collaborative communicator who can influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership
  • Technical fluency to engage in meaningful discussions around firmware and software, even if not an engineer
  • Passionate about our mission: creating digital products that make space for living in the moment

Why Join Us
At Camp Snap, you won't just be managing products. You'll be helping to shape a category and a movement. This is a chance to work directly with a founder on a rocket-ship brand with the opportunity to leave a real mark on how the next generation experiences memory-making.
