Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience 
  • Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers 
  • Demonstrated success generating new revenue through prospecting and closing 
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics 
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
