We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join Siemens Healthineers as a Logistics Projects Professional - CS Material Logistics Inventory Specialist supporting a critical SAP integration and inventory management initiative. This role plays an important part in ensuring field service teams have the tools, parts, and inventory support needed to keep healthcare equipment operating efficiently nationwide.
This position is fully remote after onboarding; however, candidates must reside within the Raleigh-Durham-Cary area for orientation, equipment pickup, and training.

What You'll Be Doing
* Manage consignment, trunk stock, spare parts, and tool inventory for field teams
* Provide inventory support to Customer Service Engineers and internal partners
* Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and transaction issues
* Assist with service report corrections and billing adjustments
* Support return processing and inventory reconciliation activities
* Coordinate and execute annual physical inventory processes
* Generate inventory reporting and analysis as needed
* Work cross-functionally with logistics, finance, field service, and customer support teams
* Support SAP system processes and workflow improvements

Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel

Preferred:
  • 1-8 years of logistics, inventory, or material management experience
  • SAP or ERP system experience
  • Inventory management or supply chain experience
  • Experience supporting field service operations
