Job Summary:
Panelmatic is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, responsible for coordinating shipments, managing transportation providers, maintaining shipping documentation, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products. This role works closely with production, warehouse, customer service, and freight partners to support efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule and manage freight pickups, deliveries, and transportation services with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, export documents, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and transportation records while ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to improve logistics performance, shipment accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of logistics, shipping, transportation, warehouse, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience coordinating shipments and managing shipping documentation.
  • Knowledge of domestic shipping processes and transportation regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work effectively with customers, carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international shipping, export documentation, and customs compliance.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
