Job description

IT Logistics Assistant
Lerner Solutions is looking for a reliable and organized IT Logistics Assistant to support theday-to-day movement and coordination of hardware used by our technical teams and clients.This is a hands-on role focused on keeping equipment moving: ordered, received, organized, andready for deployment. You'll work closely with our Procurement Manager and operations team totrack orders, receive shipments, organize inventory, and prep equipment for client projects.


If you're hardworking, detail-oriented, and ready to jump in, this is a great fit. No prior logistics orwarehouse experience required. We'll train the right person.


What You'll Do
Help place hardware and equipment orders with approved vendors
Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines
Receive and unpack incoming hardware
Organize and maintain equipment inventory
Prep and package equipment for client shipments
Coordinate outgoing shipments as needed
Keep purchasing and inventory records tidy and up to date
Follow up with vendors on order status and shipment updates
Support the Procurement Manager with daily logistics and hardware coordination


What We're Looking For
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to juggle multiple tasks and stay on top of them
Comfortable working in a warehouse or operations setting
Basic computer skills (Google Sheets or Excel a plus)
Good communicator and problem solver
