Title: Logistics Administrator
Location: Englewood Cliffs
Duration: 6 months
JOB PURPOSE:

The Systems Administrator / Systems Associate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, stability, and continuous improvement of systems supporting logistics business operations. This role ensures systems are configured correctly, issues are resolved efficiently, users are supported effectively, and enhancements are delivered in alignment with business needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues (OTM, SAP and FourKites/4K)
    • Monitor system performance, integrations, and interfaces
    • Engage additional support teams
    • Document solutions where needed
  • Ensure access to systems
    • Ticket submissions
    • SAP GRC approvals
  • Maintain system configurations and process change requests
  • Weekly meeting engagement with OTM and 4K teams
    • Collect and escalate end user issues
    • Collaborate on enhancement opportunities
  • Support OTM/SAP releases, patches, and configuration updates
    • Daily/weekly UAT testing
    • Weekend Liberation testing
  • Ensure audit and compliance checks pass on schedule
  • Review quarterly security access and controls
  • Provide systems feedback for business reviews
  • Support OTM/SAP/4K enhancement projects
