Job description

The Logistics Administrator provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Logistics Department to ensure efficient project execution and accurate financial processing. This position is responsible for preparing weekly trucking and material summary reports, reviewing and verifying invoices, tracking material quantities and allocations, supporting accounts payable functions, and coordinating logistics-related documentation and communications.

The Logistics Administrator will work closely with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support project operations, billing activities, and reporting requirements. This is a full-time position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, reporting directly to the Director of Logistics.


Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
