Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance & Logistics Administrator to join our San Francisco team.

Reporting to the Finance and Operations Manager and working closely with a collaborative team, you'll play a key role supporting our finance and logistics processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build broad experience across accounts, operations, and sales support.

Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000

What you'll be doing

  • Support market inventory needs - manage purchase orders for import and domestic warehouses, monitor SOH, vintage changeover, etc. with distributor partners
  • Finance - manage invoice processing and payments with distributor partners, reconcile statements and invoices against internal reports, support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, maintain and administer customer credit processes
  • Compliance - maintain and administer state alcohol license and brand renewals
  • Provide additional administrative support to the sales and office teams as required

About you

  • 1-2 years' experience in finance, logistics, or administration
  • Working knowledge of inventory management
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles and AP/AR processes
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using MS Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Proactive, service-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • A relevant qualification is an advantage
