We’re looking for a motivated, mission-driven Account Manager to join our team and support our U.S. Army customer base. This role is ideal for an Army veteran or someone with a strong understanding of military culture, communication, and procurement processes.The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and a team-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Army accounts, developing new opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Army accounts, providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, end-users, and contracting officers.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business within the Army community.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and communications in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company’s values and mission when working with military and government customers.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Army Veteran or prior military experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (inside or outside).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, professional, and proactive attitude — a true team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
