Job description

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a rapidly growing Top 50 Third-Party Logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join our team at our Roanoke, Indiana facility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations within a high-volume distribution center, ensuring efficient material flow, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.


This role is a second- or third-shift position, typically requiring 5–6 shifts per week


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 2–5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

In this role, you will:
