Position Summary:

Direct comprehensive warehouse operations to maximize safety, efficiency, and profitability. Strategic leadership in budgeting, WMS oversight, and team management to guarantee accurate, timely order fulfillment in support of company strategy and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and enforce warehouse policies to enhance safety, maximize operational efficiency, improve KPIs, and reduce costs.
  • Accountable for end-to-end inventory accuracy, spanning receiving, storage, picking, and distribution of direct materials and finished goods.
  • Direct logistics operations, including material receipts, internal network transfers, yard management, and outbound shipping.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of managers, supervisors, crew leads and associates.
  • Guarantee strict compliance with safety regulations and coordinate facility and equipment maintenance requirements and approvals. 
  • Champion continuous improvement by optimizing physical and system-based workflows. 
  • Support new product launches within the scope of warehouse operations and workflows.
  • Compile information for various tracking and reporting.\
  • Support SQF audit and recall exercises.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field required.
  • Certified Warehouse Logistics Professional (CWLP) strongly preferred. 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Warehouse Manager or Director role with budget responsibility and demonstrated cost management proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience operating in a WMS within an ERP environment required.  
  • WMS implementation experience preferred.  
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing warehouse and logistics operations to drive continuous improvement and leverage technology. 

Pay range for this position is $115,000 to $120,000 depending on experience.

Benefits for this role include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k) Plan with Company Match, Vacation & PTO, and Tuition Reimbursement. There is also a potential for a discretionary bonus this bonus is based on personal & company performance and is not a guaranteed bonus plan.
