Job Title: Logistics Clerk / Warehouse Logistics Associate

Job Description

The Logistics Clerk / Warehouse Logistics Associate supports efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, material distribution, and shipping activities using ERP systems, customer portals, and freight carrier platforms. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and on-time delivery while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Receive incoming materials, verify quantities and documentation, and stock items in appropriate locations while following proper storage practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control by organizing stock, performing counts, and updating records in ERP systems and related tools.
  • Pick, count, package, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Accurately process material movements and inventory transactions within ERP systems such as SAP, as well as customer portals and shipping platforms.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, certificates of conformance, and any required supporting paperwork.
  • Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies, including overages, shortages, and damaged goods, to support timely resolution.
  • Arrange shipments using designated carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and LTL freight services, selecting appropriate service levels as directed.
  • Use freight carrier platforms and customer portals to schedule pickups, track shipments, and update shipment status information.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures during daily warehouse activities.
  • Support a clean, safe, and organized work environment by promoting and following 6S practices throughout the warehouse.
  • Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address operational challenges related to inventory, orders, and shipments.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain consistent attendance, including flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules as business needs require.
  • Assist with additional tasks as assigned, including support for planning, purchasing, or related operational activities.

Essential Skills

  • Experience performing logistics, warehouse, or material handling tasks such as receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Proficiency with data entry to accurately record inventory movements, shipments, and transactions.

Pay and Benefits
