Logistics Associate
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
Location: Onsite in Miami, FL
Pay Rate: $27.00 – $30.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
As an Operations Logistics Associate, you’ll play a vital role in warehouse operations and ensure inventory integrity, operational process improvements, and stellar customer service. This includes kitting, lineside delivery, milk-run preparation, and execution to keep production running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all warehouse material flow processes from dock to production/shipping via all transport conveyance methods (forklift, on foot, etc).
  • Use systems technology to input and retrieve inventory/parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse.
  • Assess material needs for production areas throughout your shift and pull materials using an information system to support the production schedule.
  • Resolve inventory errors through both physical and systemic identification in conjunction with warehouse tools.
  • Maintain strict adherence to all warehouse safety standards including the use of PPE.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized according to 5S principles.
  • Demonstrate initiative and drive for results.
  • Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.
  • Support indirect material storage to assist key stakeholders within the client network.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely parts delivery to general assembly and base operations customers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
  • User-level computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills; able to deliver under pressure.
  • “Get it done” attitude with sense of urgency.
  • Strong collaboration skills; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license for the state where the role is based, with an acceptable driving record.
  • Successfully pass background check, MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check, and drug screen.
  • Must comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
Day 1 Requirement:
  • Composite toe safety shoes conforming to ASTM F 2412 and ASTM F 2413 standards.
