•       Analyze and resolve retail logistics chargebacks and debit memos
•       Maintain and improve SOPs for import/export, warehousing, and distribution logistics
•       Prepare regular reporting on shipment status, on-time performance, and logistics costs for leadership
Qualifications•       5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or import/export management, ideally with consumer products or FDA-regulated goods
•       Strong knowledge of international shipping (ocean freight, bills of lading, customs clearance processes)
•       Experience working with major retail partners' logistics and compliance requirements (routing guides, EDI, chargeback resolution)
•       Familiarity with FDA import requirements for OTC drugs, cosmetics, or related regulated products a plus
•       Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort working directly with brokers, carriers, and retail logistics teams to resolve discrepancies
•       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•       Proficiency with ERP systems (Business Central experience a plus) and standard office/logistics software
•       Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
Engagement Details•       Independent contractor (1099) engagement
•       Competitive contract rate, commensurate with experience
•       Opportunity to play a key role in a growing, FDA-regulated consumer health products company
•       Collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct exposure to company leadership
