Role Overview
"Skate where the puck is going". Forget managing daily standups and writing granular user stories. As a Product Strategy Manager, your job is to behave like an internal CEO for your product line. You own the six to 12 month product horizon. You will spend your time deeply analyzing market dynamics, studying competitor traps, defining our strict ICP, and generating the macro "Strategic Themes" that our autonomous Product Engineering teams will bring to life.
What You'll Do
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct continuous qualitative and quantitative research to identify market gaps, competitor vulnerabilities, and emerging buyer need.
  • Strategic Playbook Authoring: Deliver high-level, actionable concrete "Strategic Briefs" to Product Engineering that outline the problem and the business boundaries (e.g., target outcomes, compliance guardrails), leaving the execution details to them
  • The Commercial Blueprint: Own and publish the definitive Messaging Playbook and ICP frameworks that outline exactly who Revenate wins against and why
  • Lifecycle & Monetization Strategy: Manage feature retirement (sunsetting), regional compliance boundaries, and localized packaging adjustments
  • Own the 6-12 Month Horizon: Define, maintain, and communicate the medium-term product strategy roadmap, ensuring it bridges the gap between immediate feature delivery and our 3-5 year north-star vision
  • Global Localization Strategy: Evaluate regional market dynamics, user behaviors, and economic factors to adapt our core product and monetization strategy for hyper-growth in diverse global markets where there is opportunity
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Model business cases for new product initiatives, utilizing user data, market research, and competitive intelligence to ruthlessly prioritize the roadmap

What You'll Bring
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy-ideally within a global tech or SaaS environment
Monetization Expertise: Proven track record of designing, launching, or optimizing pricing/packaging strategies, revenue models, or growth funnels
The "Goldilocks" Thinker: You excel at the 6-12 month horizon-capable of thinking deeply about high-level strategy without losing sight of practical execution constraints
Global Mindset: Experience scaling products across multiple regions (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and a deep understanding of localized user needs and payment ecosystems
Analytical Powerhouse: Strong financial modeling skills and comfort navigating complex data sets to extract actionable product insights
Benefits
  • Competitive Health Benefits: Revinate offers multiple insurance options
  • Paid Family & Parental Leave: A comprehensive paid leave program, ensuring you have the time you need.
  • Family Building Benefits: Revinate offers multiple medical plans, including a buy-up option with $20,000 of coverage for medically necessary fertility treatments.
  • Excellent Dental and Vision Benefits
  • 401(k) Program: Includes an employer match
  • Optional plans for Short & Long Term Disability insurance, as well as Life insurance
  • Paid Flex time off
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Perks: Monthly work from home stipend, Telehealth access, Peloton benefits and many more.

$120,000 - $155,000 a year
