Job description

Eagle Harbor, LLC., is currently seeking a Data Analyst- Learning Nucleus Administrator. This position will works with internal and external customers to develop, modify, and support SQL-based reports. This position will also support the Learning Nucleus Help Desk operations by supporting and providing coverage for the Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator(s). Other opportunities to develop new skills in supporting other operations will also be available. Position Responsibilities: The Data Analyst responsibilities and duties are as follows: Description of Responsibilities: •Develops, modifies, maintains, and supports custom reports using SQL (Microsoft SQL Reporting Services) •Retrieves, organizes, interprets data and analyzes results •Assists with review and consolidation of existing reports •Train users in the operation and scheduling of reports •Perform ad-hoc data analyses •Manages incoming data including preparation for bulk upload •Coordinates with Federal or contractor personnel to capture reporting requests •Performs all duties according to established guidelines, SOPs and policies •Communicate and escalate issues to Learning Nucleus Team Lead; work and communicate issues as necessary with other members of the IT Department •Other duties as assigned Degree/Education/Certification Requirements: •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or a minimum of 4 years related work experience •Microsoft SQL Server database certifications Required Skills and Experience: •Creating reports using SQL without visual tools and wizards •Experience creating reports from a Data Warehouse •Familiar with Helpdesk ticketing systems •Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills are a must •Must be able to work as a productive team member and as an individual •Must be able to create, maintain, and follow technical documentation (SOPs) •Excellent troubleshooting skills are required Desired Skills and Experience: •Proficient with Microsoft Windows, and Office •Relevant Microsoft SQL or other data related certifications VEVRAA Federal Contractor Three Saints Bay, LLC and its subsidiaries offer a team-oriented working environment and the opportunity to work with exceptional, dedicated industry professionals.
