Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests or residents. As a Concierge, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and residents, providing information, solving problems, and facilitating various services to ensure a memorable visit or stay along with our residents who live in the community.


- Greet and welcome guests or residents with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide accurate information regarding residents wearabouts, dining options, events, and transportation services.
- Assist with residential-related inquiries, help with inquiring entertainment, and activities on phone calls.
- Make personalized recommendations based on guests’ preferences and needs.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for guests or residents.
- Manage residents with maintenance work orders and transportation appointments.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, when applicable.
- Handle guest complaints or issues swiftly and with grace, ensuring all concerns are resolved to their satisfaction and report to the Manager.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations and company policies and HIPPA policies.


- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and reservation software; familiarity with concierge software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences along with being punctual.
