This opportunity is ideal for an experienced physician who values relationship-based care, longer visits, preventive medicine, and continuity across the patient journey in both outpatient and inpatient settingsPosition OverviewThis role focuses exclusively on adult patients and serves an engaged population seeking comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness optimization, and coordinated specialty care. Physicians in concierge models commonly provide longer, less rushed visits and serve as the central coordinator across specialists, hospitals, imaging, and other services.The physician will provide continuity of care in both the outpatient and inpatient settings while overseeing each patientโ€™s healthcare journey.
