Job Title: Live-In Personal Assistant

Job Summary: -

A caregiver for executive duties - often referred to as a Personal Assistant or Concierge Caregiver is responsible for managing daily logistics, personal care, and high-level household organization. This role enables executives to maintain focus on their professional responsibilities while ensuring their personal well-being and home life are seamlessly supported. This position blends companionship, healthcare coordination, and executive-level household management to provide comprehensive, personalized care. The position requires working 6 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support & Coordination

·        Manage daily schedules and appointments

·        Coordinate and schedule medical visits

·        Act as a patient advocate, especially for specialized healthcare needs

2. Household Management & Concierge Services

·        Run errands and handle grocery shopping

·        Perform light housekeeping tasks

·        Oversee home maintenance, repairs, and service providers

3. Transportation & Logistics

·        Provide transportation to appointments, events, and errands

·        Plan and coordinate travel or daily movement as required

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Make beds daily.
  2. Change bedsheets once a week.
  3. Walk the household pet every 2–3 hours, as required.
  4. Bathe the household pet as needed.
  5. Pick up grocery deliveries from the front door.
  6. Collect mail from the mailbox.
  7. Clean designated bathrooms every two days.
  8. Perform laundry duties as assigned.
  9. Clean floors in the main entrance and family room every second day.
  10. Dust tables and surfaces on the main level, including the living and dining rooms.
  11. Organize household items and return items to their proper places.
  12. Perform other reasonable household-support duties as assigned.
