To thrive as a Litigation Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, legal research expertise, and a solid understanding of litigation processes, often supported by a degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field. Attention to detail, critical thinking, and effective communication are essential soft skills for interpreting legal documents and collaborating with attorneys. These competencies ensure accurate case analysis, efficient workflow, and effective support throughout the litigation process.
