REQUIREMENTS/JOB DETAILS:

  • Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE
  • Request police reports and medical records.
  • Schedule doctor appointments and schedule rides for clients.
  • Verify balances with providers.
  • Prepare files to submit to demand writers
  • Detail-oriented professionals with a positive outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
  • Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
