We are seeking an experienced Paralegal with 32 5 years of hands-on experience in personal injury, bankruptcy and probate. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment. (Pre-Suit Only)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with heavy file review, case organization, and litigation support
  • Draft and manage legal documents
  • Request, track, and summarize medical records and bills
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date case files using case management software
  • Communicate professionally with clients, providers, insurance companies, and court staff
  • Calendar deadlines and ensure all filings are timely and accurate


Qualifications:
