ABOUT THE POSITION: Buchwald is seeking an eager & motivated Assistant to join our Literary Department. This opportunity is currently available in-person, in our Los Angeles office.

This is an entry-level position that requires initiative while learning on the job. Interest in becoming a literary agent is essential. This position will work closely with literary agents to support talent outreach, communication, and development of the Literary Department.Candidates need to be organized, ambitious, detail-oriented and computer savvy, and have strong administrative skills

Must be able to multi-task, handle a heavy volume of calls and possess excellent interpersonal skills. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Passion : You are passionate about a long-term career within a Talent Agency. Superb organizational skills : You are highly organized and detail-oriented, while still thinking big picture.
