Job description

Linkages to Learning is a comprehensive, school-based, prevention and intervention program providing a continuum of health, social, and community services to children and their families directly in the school setting. We help families secure needed resources and navigate the complexities of the behavioral health and social services. 

What to expect.

We are seeking a bilingual (proficient in English and Spanish), licensed social worker or counselor to provide mental health services to children and their families.  

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical assessments and treatment services to assigned clients and their families or caregivers.
  • Consulting with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to ensure a consistent response to mental health needs.
  • Completing all required documentation in a timely manner and ensuring maintenance of complete clinical record as directed by policies and procedures.

    What we need from you.

    • Must possess one of the following at time of hire:
      • Licensed Certificated Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C)
      • Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW)
      • Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
      • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
    • Dependent on the assignment, must demonstrate proficiency in English and Spanish.

    Pay is based on a number of factors including licensure and experience.

    The pay range for this position is LG/LM $64,272.00 minimum to $77,233.52 maximum and for LCSW-C/LCPC $79,268.80 minimum - $90,473.55 maximum.
