Position Summary

Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of outreach initiatives focused on associations, organizations, and advocacy groups that support the organizationโ€™s mission and engagement goals. Leads the outreach team in building and maintaining strategic relationships with community organizations, advocates, and grassroots partners. Ensures outreach efforts are organized, effective, and aligned with organizational values and campaign priorities, while serving as the primary liaison between the outreach team and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Associations & Organizations Outreach team, including task delegation and outreach scheduling
  • Oversee outreach initiatives centered on advocacy, organizing, and grassroots engagement with organizations and associations
  • Develop and guide outreach strategies that advance mobilization, awareness, and participation objectives
  • Collaborate with Communications, Events, Partnerships, and Field teams to ensure coordinated outreach efforts
  • Review outreach messaging and materials for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency with campaign standards
  • Track outreach activities, organizational contacts, and engagement outcomes to inform strategy
  • Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to outreach team members
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of new outreach team membersUphold professionalism, inclusivity, accountability, and ethical standards in all outreach activities
