Job Description

This position is responsible for developing and producing creative assets that support marketing campaigns, sales enablement initiatives, brand awareness efforts, customer communications, and digital marketing programs across OneSource Life Sciences.

The Marketing Creative Specialist partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Line Leaders, and business stakeholders to create compelling visual content and customer-facing materials that support business objectives. This role serves as the primary creative resource for the marketing team, supporting digital, print, presentation, web, and email initiatives while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Design & Brand Support
  • Design and develop marketing collateral including brochures, one-pagers, sell sheets, case studies, infographics, advertisements, and customer-facing materials.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites, webinars, and promotional initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain branded PowerPoint presentations, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing decks.
  • Support the creation of trade show, conference, webinar, and event-related creative materials including signage, banners, booth graphics, and promotional assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, customer communications, presentations, and digital channels.
  • Create and maintain design templates and branded assets for use across the organization.
  • Maintain and organize the digital asset library including graphics, photography, videos, templates, and marketing resources.
  • Assist with video editing, motion graphics, multimedia content, and visual storytelling initiatives.
Digital Marketing Support
  • Support website content updates, landing page development, and digital asset management.
  • Develop creative materials supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, customer campaigns, and sales outreach efforts.
  • Support content publishing and creative asset deployment across marketing platforms.
  • Create visual assets that help communicate complex service offerings, technical capabilities, and customer value propositions.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of graphic design, creative services, marketing design, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across print, digital, presentation, web, and campaign design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
  • Strong PowerPoint design experience, including presentation development, template creation, and master slide design.
  • Experience working with website content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Marketo, or similar marketing platforms.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing organizations.
  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) assets.
  • Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video and motion graphics software.
  • Experience within life sciences, healthcare, scientific services, or technical industries.

The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $70,000to $90,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will bedeterminedby factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
